• Booking management system

• Marketing automation for travel agencies

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Automatic renewal unless canceled before renewal date

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use the Service for fraudulent activities
• Resell or redistribute the Service

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Update features and functionality
• Suspend service for security reasons

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

LoopVoyage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@loopvoyage.ca

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Pose a security risk

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via:

• In-app notification
• Update on this page with revision date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
